A friendly reminder: purchases made with our International Retailers will take a little longer to appear in your Velocity Membership Account. When you buy something, the transaction will appear in your ShopAndEarn Transaction History as ‘Pending’ within 5 working days. We’ll then confirm the transaction with the Retailer before updating the transaction status to ‘Approved’ and adding Points to your Velocity Membership Account, which can be up to 60 days. Points will be calculated on the AUD$ equivalent value at the time of purchase using an exchange rate as determined by Velocity Rewards, which is updated on a monthly basis (see FAQs). Also, don’t forget to check the delivery information for each Retailer.
